Chardonnay grapes sourced from vineyards around Langhe is brought together before being fermented in both steel and oak (new French!) for just under a month. This leads to an interesting combination of new and old-world characteristics in the wine, which is why we think you’ll love it! Notes of apple, fresh and cooked, as well as vanilla and hazelnut (from the six months ageing on its own lees) make this one to remember. Drink it young and with grilled fish and shellfish.
100% Chardonnay grapes from vineyards across the Langhe area.

Described as a "dream that became true," BelColle was established 45 years ago by 3 brothers; Franco Pontiglione, Carlo Pontiglione and Guiseppe Priola. A team who would set a framework for a winery that would become renown for the passion put into its product.
Nowadays Belcolle practice sustainable winemaking with manual harvesting, slow grape pressing and balanced maceration, with the entirety of it all being centred around the idea of "transmitting, in whole, the balance and the harmony of the grapes into the bottle..."
